Peter Mardle
Director & Co-Founder
Peter created Dimension8 alongside Gary to provide a fully focused Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Building Services Consultancy, experts in their field and able to offer a comprehensive range of CRE support services to really drive value in MEP Engineering throughout the lifecycle of a facility.
Peter has 30+ Years of Building Services Delivery, the majority of which has been at the forefront of workspace including BREEAM Outstanding, LEED Platinum, Net Zero Carbon, and WELL Platinum accredited projects.
Peter is also an active member of the CoreNet community and sits on the Workplace and Events Committee's
Gary Chatfield
Director & Co-Founder
Gary has an extensive background of project delivery and is considered a trusted safe pair of hands by his clients. As well as a strong design background, Gary is an advocate of sustainable design having been a LEED AP and Low Carbon Consultant. Gary has also spent time as a resident engineer, and has developed a keen sense of practicality, buildability and maintainability. Gary delivers project and manages teams from Concept through to handover and beyond.
