Our core service is traditional MEP design for Corporate Real Estate Facilities and Workspaces. Our talented team of experienced engineers can deliver world class facilities from RIBA stage 0 feasibility through to 4+ detailed technical design and site support. Our service is fully tailored to the needs of the project, be it cost effective employers requirements for a design & build delivery, or full traditional duties with minimal contractor design elements, we will deliver.
CRE Support
Our specialist service provides a trusted Engineering partner for CRE teams that can support and manage all aspects of engineering delivery across an entire CRE portfolio. These services range from engineering and energy standards and playbooks, through building selection and appraisal, project delivery, commissioning, optimisation and soft landings, PPM and BAU support through to dilapidations and disposals.
About Us
The founders, Peter and Gary really wanted to deliver something "more" than the usual MEP Consultancy service, and pooled their collective experience in the CRE/Workspace market to structure our Core and Specialist service offerings to drive true value and support to CRE teams and clients
