Dimension8 were appointed by Landmark as MEP consultants for a CAT-A to CAT-B 20,000sqft fit-out. The project spread across 3 floors in this prominent City of London Building. The scheme had to capture cellularisation of the space, and encompass excellent acoustics.
Dimension8 created a comprehensive set of Employers Requirements for Design & Build procurement. This included a full Stage3 level of detail within the ER’s including details showing the clients preferred solutions for the comms room, meeting rooms, tea points and desk power & data arrangements.
