Dimension8 undertook a full Stage 4 design of the replacement distribution board project for Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust. The project comprised the replacement and upgrade of circa 70 Electrical panels and Distribution Boards.
As well as condition, the boards required upgrades to meet current BS7671 and HTM compliance, including the addition of RCD’s and Arc Flash Disconnector Devices (AFDD’s)
Dimension8 created detailed sequencing plans of the works at each board location. Many of these boards serve live clinical areas that could not be disrupted, so careful planning was essential.
