Hackney council have employed Dimension8, and our CRE Support services to assist them in the modernisation of their commercial property stock.
This first tranche of works includes condition surveys and feasibilities into building upgrades to reach an EPC B
Included in this work are Several Offices, a Theatre, Recording Studios, Health Clinic and a Bar.
We are delighted to be working with the Hackney Property team to improve their building stock.
