Dimension8 are providing client-side MEP consultancy services for the delivery of NEAFC’s new London headquarters. The project comprises the fit-out of an entire floor, transforming an open-plan layout into a high-performance delegate and conference suite. Facilities include an 80-person main delegation chamber alongside a series of flexible meeting rooms accommodating between 8 and 20 delegates.
A key focus of the project has been the intelligent adaptation of the existing base-build HVAC systems. Dimension8 played an instrumental role in developing a dynamic ventilation strategy that allows fresh air to be prioritised and diverted to occupied rooms, ensuring exceptional comfort, efficiency, and operational flexibility for delegates throughout the space.
The project is due for completion in March 2026, and we look forward to sharing the finished result.
